Floorplan of the main attendee lounge, the Forum, which includes three distinct areas that reflect the core tenets of the host organization, a presentation area designed to host information "meet and greets" with staff and select speakers, and a combination of chairs and table to suit all attendees.
Several "meet and greets" were built into the conference agenda giving attendees opportunities to engage with conference speakers offstage and to engage with the host staff about key initiatives in the organization.
